1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services (website, platform, dApps, smart contracts), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2) Eligibility
You must be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction and not subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions.
3) Accounts & Security
Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for account credentials and your wallet private keys. On-chain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
4) Web3 & Wallets
Wallets are provided by third parties. You are responsible for gas fees and understanding smart-contract risks (including bugs, forks, MEV, and liquidity risks).
5) Bookings & Platform Use
Suppliers: Travel services are provided by third-party partners under their terms and policies.
Pricing/Fees: Prices, taxes, fees, and exchange rates can change; quotes aren’t guaranteed until confirmed.
Cancellations/Refunds: Governed by supplier rules; some bookings are non-refundable.
Accuracy: We may correct errors and cancel or refund where legally permitted.
6) STAYX Token, Rewards, and Utilities — Not an Investment
Utility Only: STAYX is intended to provide utility within the StayX ecosystem (e.g., rewards, credits, discounts, eligibility for platform features).
No Investment Offer/Advice: STAYX is not an investment, security, or a promise of profits. Nothing in the Services constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to sell or buy any security or financial instrument.
Market Conditions: Any market price or liquidity of STAYX is independent of StayX and driven by external market dynamics beyond our control.
Program Changes: Rewards, credits, eligibility rules, and utilities may change, pause, or end at any time.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
7) Compliance: KYC/AML & Sanctions
We may require identity verification and screening. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for compliance or risk reasons without liability.
8) Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: violate laws or sanctions; use the Services for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; interfere with the Services; infringe IP or privacy; or circumvent security controls.
9) Intellectual Property
StayX and its licensors retain all rights in the Services. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services per these Terms.
10) Third-Party Services
Integrations (wallets, payments, analytics, identity verification, travel suppliers) are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for third-party terms or actions.
11) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any specific outcomes (including token price, rewards, or availability).
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to StayX in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD $100.
13) Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless StayX and its personnel from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
14) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including policy violations, fraud risk, or legal requirements. Upon termination, rights and licenses granted to you end.
15) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under [Rules/Forum], seat [City, Country]. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
